About The Classes
Our adult classes have times at:
Mornings:
5am, 6am, 7am, 8am, 9am 10am
Afternoons/Evenings:
12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm & 6pm
All classes are with a certified trainer - to help you whenever you need it
You'll get a range of workouts, to keep working outs fun and non-repetitive
Held accountable for coming in and putting in the work!
