
These 90-minute sessions are built for athletes who are ready to train hard and get better.
At Redline Denver East, our Boys & Girls Basketball Training program is designed for athletes in grades 6–9 who are ready to refine their fundamentals, improve decision-making, and build on-court confidence.
Each 90-minute session includes:
10 minutes: Ball Handling
40 minutes: Shooting Mechanics
40 minutes: Footwork & Movement Training
With a max of 12 athletes per group, every player gets individual coaching and targeted feedback in a high-energy, structured environment.
Beginner Group
Tuesdays & Thursdays
9:00 AM – 10:30 AM
Designed for newer athletes still building basic mechanics and movement patterns.
Intermediate Group
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
For athletes with some team or rec experience looking to sharpen execution and confidence.
Advanced Group
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
9:00 AM – 10:30 AM
For competitive athletes preparing for school, club, or AAU-level play. Drills are faster, more complex, and game-scenario focused.
