Program Overview

This is not a group workout. It’s a complete training system for athletes who compete—or plan to compete—at the next level.


Led by Coach Mike Haynes and Coach Román Martínez, our

College/Pro Basketball Workouts

combine advanced skill development with elite-level performance training.

Each session is 2.5 hours of structured, progressive work designed to build endurance, prevent injury, and refine in-game execution.

  • Current or aspiring pro players

Days:

  • Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays:

    12:00 PM – 2:30 PM

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays:

    10:30 AM – 1:00 PM

  • Saturdays:

    12:00 PM – 2:30 PM

  • Cost: $150 per session

  • Group Size: Max of 12 players per session
