What makes Redline different from other training programs?

Redline combines proven athletic performance methods with sport-specific skill training, all under one roof. Your athlete won’t just get better—they’ll get faster, stronger, and more confident.

Will my athlete get individual attention?

Yes. All sessions are capped at small group sizes (12 athletes max), allowing coaches to give focused feedback and personalize instruction.

Are athletes grouped by skill level or age?

Both. We separate athletes by age and ability so each player trains in an environment that challenges them at the right pace.

Who are the coaches?

🏀 Coach Mike Haynes: Former NCAA D1 standout, international pro, G-League champion, and founder of Redline Athletics Denver East. He’s trained youth, college, and pro athletes across the globe.

🏀 Coach Román Martínez: NCAA D1 forward at the University of New Mexico, international pro in Europe and Mexico, and FIBA World Cup competitor for Team Mexico. He brings high-level game IQ and a passion for youth mentorship.

What’s the facility like?

Redline Athletics Denver East is a clean, modern, athlete-focused facility designed specifically for youth performance training. It’s not a general fitness gym—it’s a space built for athletic growth.
