Inside a Redline Session
(60 Minutes)

Our Free session includes a full schedule of small-group training led by certified performance coaches. Your athlete will learn and improve in:

  • Acceleration and sprint mechanics

  • Change of direction and footwork

  • Deceleration and injury prevention

  • Speed development

  • Strength training (age-appropriate)

  • Jumping technique and power

  • Core stability and total body control
