Intro to Sports Performance

12 Weeks: June 16 - September 4

Days & Time: Mondays & Wednesdays, 4:00 - 5:00 pm

Description:

Professionally-coached early athletic development program tailored for athletes ages 5 to 7 of any skill level. This structured, fun & positive environment will leave your child wanting to come back again and again. Participants will learn Running Mechanics, Hand-Eye Coordination, Body Awareness, Body Control, Confidence & Teamwork. Activities include Agility Drills, Obstacle Courses, Relay Races & more.

Adaptive Fitness for All Abilities

8 Weeks: July 7 - August 30

2 options:

1 day/week (Saturdays, 12:00 -1:00 pm) $200

2 days/week (Tues & Thurs, 4:00 - 5:00 pm) $400

Instructor: Adaptive Fitness Specialist

Ages: 8 and older (Participants will be grouped by age/ability at each class)

Description:

Join us for a fun, supportive, and engaging 1-hour adaptive fitness class designed specifically for individuals with special needs. This class focuses on building strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination through customized exercises that meet each participant’s unique abilities.

Using a mix of seated and standing movements, gentle cardio, resistance bands, and simple games, participants will improve functional movement and overall wellness. The environment is structured yet flexible, with visual cues, clear instructions, and a calm, welcoming pace.

Great for individuals with autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, or mobility challenges. Caregivers and aides are welcome to participate or assist as needed. No prior fitness experience is required—just bring a positive attitude and comfortable clothing!
