Q: Is there an age requirement or age limit?
A: Redline Basketball sessions are designed for athletes 6 to 18 years old. We group basketball athletes by skill and experience to best coach and challenge each athlete.
Q: What's included in the basketball program?
A: The basketball program includes 2 reserved days of basketball skill training and 1 day of semi-private training (speed, agility, strength, explosiveness, etc.). We also offer an optional Basketball Plus Program, which includes a third day of just shooting on the 12K "gun" shooting machine. This is currently limited to 7PM, the player must be at least 12, and a member of the advance – elite level, or one of our basketball coaches has assessed that they are able to attend and keep up with the pace of this shooting session.
Q: Can I choose any day for basketball and any day for the semi-private training?
A: At purchase you will select either Monday/Wednesday (Group 1) or Tuesday/Thursday (Group 2) for your 2 basketball days and any other day between Monday and Saturday for your semi-private training day which runs every hour on the hour during our operating hours.
Q: Do I need to bring my sports equipment?
A: Nope. Just wear comfortable athletic gear and gym shoes
Q: What do parents do while athletes train?
A: During the free session, parents will take a guided tour of our facility.
Once the athlete becomes a member and is familiar with our staff, many parents drop their athletes off so they can go run errands, etc. Those who want to stay, watch the session and use our free Wi-Fi are welcome to hang out in our parents' area.
Q: How much does it cost to join the basketball program at Redline?
A: Our goal is to make training accessible for athletes and families. We offer several plans, specific to a variety of goals. We'll get to know you better and recommend/discuss the best approach specific to you. Generally speaking the monthly price ranges from $229 - $299 per month based on your commitment level.
Q: Will my athlete be shooting basketballs in my first session?
A: Redline Basketball memberships focus on the specifics of basketball, so athletes will be shooting and performing basketball-specific drills, learning techniques and strategies, etc.
