Q: Is there an age requirement or age limit?

A: Yes. Redline ADULT sessions are for ages 18+ only.


Q: What do I need to bring?

A: Come prepared to train in comfortable athletic gear and gym/tennis shoes (no cleats, please). Also bring your water. You'll be all set!


Q: How much does it cost to train at Redline?

A: We have several options, depending on your goals and frequency of training. We'll get to know you better in order to recommend the best approach specific to you.
