What does Redline do?
We build better athletes; our agility and strength and conditioning programs optimize athletic performance for ANY sport. Our members also get access to the Reflexion Edge tool which focus on neuro- cognitive training.
How much does it cost?
We have a variety of flexible membership options that allow each client to select the program that meets their individual needs. Many of our programs cost less than paying for a sitter once per week for example.
How are the programs created?
Our certified professional coaches create programs to maximize impact for the athletes they are working with.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! Our referral program allows any member to receive $10.00 off per referred member for the life of the membership! In fact, some of our members do not pay any monthly fee because they have taken advantage of this program.
What about Injury prevention, how can working with Redline help mitigate injuries for my athlete?
We offer a comprehensive body scan called Fusionetics prior to becoming a member. This gives our coaches the insight they need to build programs that specifically target injury-prone areas for each athlete.
My athlete is very busy, what is the time commitment required to participate?
Seeing results in any training program takes consistency and effort. Therefore, athletes must be able to commit to attend training to see any results. Fortunately, our flexible programs offer many options that can meet the needs of any family. Attend once per week, or multiple times, depending on schedules. The key is, if your athlete does not attend, they will not see results.
