Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is there an age requirement or age limit?

A: Yes. Redline sessions are designed for athletes 7 to 18 years of age. Within the session, we will group Athletes to best coach and challenge each Athlete.

Q: Do I need to bring my sports gear? (Glove, Bat, Ball, etc.)

A: No. Come prepared to train in comfortable athletic gear and gym/tennis shoes (no cleats, please). Also bring your water. You'll be all set!

Q: What do parents do while Athletes train?

A: We have a parent area perfect for viewing your Athlete. Many also get work done and use our free WiFi. While this is available, many parents drop off their Athlete once they are members and familiar with our Staff, Training regimen, etc.

Q: How much does it cost to train at Redline?

A: We have several options, depending on your goals and frequency of training. We'll get to know you better in order to recommend the best approach specific to you.

Q: Will my Athlete be shooting, hitting, throwing, serving, etc in my first session?

A: No. We focus first on helping develop your speed, agility, strength, power and mobility. These tenets of Athleticism are applicable to all sports across all ages - they are essential. However, in addition to our Athletic Development program, we often host and facilitate sports clinics and camps where we hone in on sport-specific techniques, drills, strategies, etc.
