SCHEDULE (60-minute sessions start on the hour)
- Monday through Friday 4 to 8PM
- Saturday 9 AM to 12 PM
REDLINE ATHLETICS PROGRAMMING SYSTEM
Members will focus on Athletic Performance & Development every session.

Injury prevention focused warmup with muscle activation

Performance programming: speed, agility, and power

Age appropriate strength & conditioning
RECOVERY PERIOD
Muscle flexibility and joint mobility exercises

We've integrated the most dynamic and effective movement assessment into our Redline Athletics Program...Fusionetics. This movement-based performance system will assist our coaches when working with your athlete and provide a unique "at home" injury prevention routine for each Redline Athletics athlete.

Chris Fields
Chris is responsible for all of the programming and coaching of our athletes here at Redline Frisco.
Background & Experience:
-Graduated from Indiana State University (2015).
-Master’s degree in Physical Education with a focus in -Coaching.
-3x Captain of the Indian State University track and field program.
-Captained 7 Missouri Valley Conference Championships.
-Multiple time All-conference performer.
-Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
-USA Weightlifting Lifting Level 1 (USAW-Lv1).
-USTFCCA Strength and ConditioningCertification
-USTFCCA Speed Specialist.
