
These are girls-only group sessions built specifically for volleyball athletes. Each session focuses on strength and movement that supports jumping, landing, and quick, explosive play on the court.
The goal is to support what happens during games. Training is designed to help athletes move more efficiently when they jump, change direction, and react during play.
Sessions run every Tuesday and Thursday.
• Middle School: 5:00–6:00 PM
• High School: 6:00–7:00 PM
The program begins May 19th and runs through the summer.
