Mike McCarty is our Director of Business Development and helps guide our organization by example with his amazing work ethic and great leadership. He has been coaching soccer for 15+ years and is passionate about providing learning and athletic opportunities to our youth.
Matt Robinson has 20 years of experience as a speed and strength coach. He has trained over 400 athletes that achieved positions collegiate level and higher. He loves working with athletes on setting up systems to help them reach their goals and how to live passionately through the avenue of sports. Certificates include NSCA, USA Weight Lifting and USA track and field. Matt played football and wrestled and has helped coach multiple teams to CIF Championships.
Joe Lopez has 12+ years of experience as a trainer. He has headed many clinics and seminars on speed, strength & conditioning and adult fitness. He enjoys training baseball, softball, football and lacrosse.
Lizz Wilkins is graduating with her BS in Kinesiology and is studying for her CSCS exam. She has 1 year of experience as a trainer and loves to coach athletes that play volleyball and basketball. She particularly loves working with our youngest gym members and creating fun and challenging opportunities for our athletes.
Krisa Ortiz had an MS, is a CPT, BCS and is USAW certified. She has 6 years of experience as a trainer. She helps train athletes in a variety of sports such as baseball, softball, football, volleyball, tennis and weightlifting.
Macty Castellanos has a BS in Kinesiology from CSUF, is PN Certified, FMS Certified and is a USAW Level 1 coach. He has 10 years of coaching experience and his favorite sports to provide coaching for are football, basketball, soccer, and Olympic weightlifting.
Kari Ehmer has 20+ years of experience as a trainer. She is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with Specialized Certifications in Youth Fitness and Sports Performance. She received her education from the United States Military Academy. She loves to play and help train sports including basketball, softball, baseball, volleyball and gymnastics.
Dylan Morrison has been training athletes, both personally and sports teams, for 4 years. He holds s bachelor's degree in Applied Exercise Science from Azusa Pacific University and has He personally loves playing basketball, football and running but loves coaching any sport.
JP Hopkins had been an athletic trainer for 2 and 1/2 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science and an Associate’s Degree in Kinesiology. His favorite sports to coach and play are baseball, football and basketball. JP works with our adults, baseball crew, regular classes and heads up our Proteus Program.
Alyssa Rae is a Certified Personal Trainer working on her CSCS. She has a bachelor in Pre-Physical Therapy, and a Masters in Exercise Science and Human Performance.
She played softball in college and was a pitcher/centerfielder, right handed hitter, left-handed slapper. She loves to coach softball!
Angel Jacinto
Angel Jacinto is currently enrolled at Hope International University where he plays soccer. He has been a trainer for one year. He loves to both coach and play soccer.
Megan Le has a Bachelors Degree from UC Irvine and has been a Certified Personal Trainer for 1 year. She ran Cross country and Track and loves to coach athletes in both sports!
Cedrick Gay
Cedrick is a former Professional Football Player with more than 15 years of experience as a Sports Performance Coach working with youth and college athletes. He specializes in teaching speed, footwork, explosiveness, change of direction and form for all sports. He had coached extensively in football and track and field.
Tre specializes in sports specific athletic training. He pairs explosive strength and conditioning with speed, agility, and plyometrics while prioritizing mobility training to have great functional movement and elasticity. Tre has been a trainer for 2 years with his ISSA personal trainer certification, 3 year starter and team captain at SJSU, grad transfer at Montana State. He played 1 year with the Atlanta falcons and 1 year in CFL.
Erik Alcaraz
Erik has a wealth of experience including working with the Anaheim Ducks in their preseason testing, at UCI Health overseeing their occupational health programs and at UCLA as a strength and conditioning coach. He is an avid lifter and fitness enthusiast. Erik believes in versatility and educating others. He believes a good coach will fundamentally understand both the art of coaching, and the scientific principles of training that underlie human movement and the basis of performance.
