INTRO TO SPORTS...AND MUSIC
Designed specifically for 4 and 5-year-olds, this 45-minute class will include activities meant to introduce and build mastery of basic movement skills; multiple games, songs and activities which will engage and motivate your young athlete regardless of their current skill level.

SUMMER CAMPS
Enjoy a fun-filled day of many different sports and games in our 14,000 sq ft turfed facility with indoor sports field (soccer, football, lacrosse), basketball/volleyball court. We will practice and play 2-3 different sports + speed/agility/strength session daily. Ages will be split up appropriately. We will have a short lunch break around 11:00 AM each day so be sure to pack a lunchbox and bring a water bottle. Wear sneakers (not cleats) and no other equipment is needed.
Camp is Monday - Friday 9a - 1p
1:00-2:00 - Aftercare available

ADULT FITNESS
Our Sports Performance Coaches will design and direct the daily workouts. Simply come in, follow the workout instructions, and ask our coaches for any help and guidance you might need. Daily workouts will vary and include strength training, HIIT training, flexibility training, and more. YOGA add-on optional.
Our goal is to improve your strength and fitness in a guided, competitive, fun, safe environment.
Ages: Adults 18+
Monday - Thursday 7-8a & 9-10a
ATHLETE YOGA
Ages 13+. Muscles meet Yoga. This class puts yoga into context of sport and goals, to become a more balanced, resilient, and powerful athlete. You’ll combine free weights with Yoga sequencing to boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks. Intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls.
