Redline Elite Training
The Redline Elite Training Program is designed for athletes who want to take their performance to the next level through structured, high-intensity training.
Led by Coach Branch, this program focuses on developing speed, strength, explosiveness, and confidence through professional coaching and intentional programming. Unlike traditional workouts, every session emphasizes:
• Proper movement mechanics
• Strength and power development
• Speed and agility training
• Accountability and effort
Schedule (Sessions are 90 Minutes)
• Tuesday – 7:00 PM
• Thursday – 7:00 PM
• Saturday – 9:00 AM
This program is ideal for athletes ages 13–18 who are serious about improving and willing to train consistently.

While “Elite” doesn’t necessarily mean older, this program is specifically designed for youth athletes with big goals, a strong work ethic, and the desire to be challenged at the highest level. The Elite Membership delivers advanced athletic performance training programs that go beyond standard workouts. Athletes receive focused attention in a small-group setting, with tailored sessions that emphasize youth strength training, speed and agility development, and sport-specific performance training.
