With a speed and agility training team of former athletes, we offer private lessons, semi-private and group trainings customized for every sport, and facility/space rentals. So bring yourself or your whole team! We have affordable packages that work with any schedule and budget.
Redline Weekly FLEX Dryland Training
Program Includes:
UNLIMITED Redline Sports Performance Sessions Weekly - designed for speed, agility, strength, explosiveness, and plyometrics increases
Flex to Single Session or Away mode to adjust with your schedule and take control over your training costs.
* Note: there is no skating treadmill or shooting included in this option. This training program is great for athletic-development and multi-sport athletes.
Redline Hockey Academy Elite
Program Includes:
Unlimited Redline Sports Performance Sessions Weekly
2x 60-Minute Hockey Training Skills Session Weekly (Shooting Lesson and Skating Treadmill, Redline Rink Rental, or on ice lesson during off-season)
Multisport option allows for Hockey Skills Sessions to be substituted for other sports skills sessions each and every week if desired
Redline Hockey Academy Standard
Program Includes:
2x Redline Sports Performance Sessions Weekly
1x 60-Minute Hockey Training Skills Session Weekly (Shooting Lesson and Skating Treadmill, Redline Rink Rental, or on ice lesson during off-season)
