● 90-Day Assessments: Continue your journey through the program with a comprehensive evaluation that includes body composition measurement, fitness photo tracking, and strength maxing software to gauge your overall progress and success every 90 days.

Group Size: 6 per session

Class Frequency & Duration: 6 days a week, 1 hour sessions, 2 sessions held on Saturdays

- Monday through Friday: 6am-9am
- Saturday: 8am - 10am

Focus Areas: Strength, Cardiovascular Conditioning, Flexibility/Mobility, Core Training
