Active, Dynamic Warm-up
(15 minutes)
Our approach to warming up aims to increase blood flow to muscles, increase functional mobility, maximize flexibility of the entire body, and prepare the body for daily function and exercise.
Strength Training and Metabolic Conditioning
(30 minutes)
We focus on exercising several muscles and joints as a collective, rather than working groups of muscles independently. This results in an enhanced ability to perform daily activities. These workouts are also designed to improve both high-intensity and low-intensity aerobic fitness.
Soft-Tissue and Recovery
(5-10 minutes)
Soft-Tissue and recovery techniques complete the entire workout by keeping your body as limber and loose as possible to remain injury-free and moving freely.
