Redline Athletics is a national sports performance brand that specializes in comprehensive athletic development and training for athletes 8 to 18. We've had the pleasure of training over 25,000 thousand youth athletes over the last 15 years, and we are so excited to be joining your community. We have a program for all children, ages 8 to 18. There are three levels of complexity and intensity built within our programming. Wether your child is just getting started, at an elite level, or anywhere in between, we have something for every child.

GENERAL ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT IS OUR FORTE
No matter the sport, we will focus on making your child more skilled, more confident and a better all-around athlete in their chosen sport.
HOW IT WORKS
- Scheduling is convenient - All members (ages 8 to 18) can attend any session (any day / any time). After our warm-up, coaches will split the roster by age and ability. Members will train in small groups with their peers / athletic contemporaries.
- Sessions Schedule - Classes start every hour, on the hour. Easily book your child's spot on the roster through our Redline Athletics 2.0 App.
Monday through Friday 4PM, 5PM, 6PM, 7PM
Saturday 10AM
- All results are measurable: We evaluate members every quarter (athletic performance & movement assessment). These results will be available on the Redline Athletics app. Think of this testing as a "Report Card" for your child's athleticism.
THE 60-MINUTE SEMI-PRIVATE SESSION BREAKDOWN
- 7 Minutes: Prep Period (Foam rolling, Muscle Activation w/ Dynamic Warm-Up)
- 25 Minutes: Athletic Period (Speed, Agility, Movement Efficiency, Body Mechanics, Reaction Time, Hand Eye Coordination, Change of Direction, etc.)
- 20 Minutes: Strength Period (Age Appropriate Strength & Conditioning, Core, Functional Training)
- 8 Minutes: Recovery Period (Flexibility & Mobility w/ a cooldown)
The Redline Athletics Weekly Flex Membership has been designed to give families the ultimate flexibility in attendance and payment.
Your card on file will be charged every Monday (one of 3 different options). You can “Flex” your membership between these 3 prices based on how often your child will be attending sessions for the upcoming week.
Modify what you pay based on your child’s availability. With the 25% off discount applied, your weekly prices are as follows:
- UNLIMITED (2 or more sessions): $37.49/week
- LIMITED 1 session: $24.99 /week
- AWAY 0 sessions: $4.99 /week
* Away ($4.99) is meant for weeks when you will not be attending a session (vacation or busy schedule)
