HOW IT WORKS
-Membership is UNLIMITED (athletes can attend any session, any day, any time).
-Easily schedule sessions through our Redline Athletics 2.0 App
-Training every hour, on the hour for ALL AGES 7 to 18
-Each session roster is split by ability. Members will train in small groups with their athletic contemporaries
-Training is programmed specifically for athletic ability development in youth athletes
-Results are measurable: We assess members each quarter (Athletic performance review & movement assessment)
