We conduct All Sports Performance training every hour on the hour in small group, semi-private sessions. Our athletes enjoy both individualized attention and the opportunity to learn and develop alongside their peers.
Your young athlete will be trained by an experienced athlete and coach who is passionate about teaching effective technique and helping your athlete strategically and continually improve.
Our All Sports Performance training for members is offered Monday through Saturday. The program is crafted for athletes in all sports to improve speed, agility, strength, stamina — and become less injury-prone. It helps athletes in all sports level up much faster.

Simply choose a day and time for your free All Sports Performance training session based on your availability. Our coaches automatically modify trainings for all athletes in these classes based on age and experience level. These semi-private training sessions are about one hour long.

Jumping is a critical skill for all athletes. Often overlooked, an athlete’s ability to jump high quickly and land properly will not only improve their chances of success but also reduce their chances of injury.
Through a combination of strength and conditioning exercises, plyometric drills and dynamic stretching, athletes can improve their vertical jump and overall athleticism.
Our experienced coaches will guide each athlete through an intense workout that includes core exercises, upper and lower body movements and jump drills. In addition to the physical training, athletes will be instructed on proper nutrition, recovery strategies, and injury prevention.
Tailored to each individual athlete, our goal is to help athletes develop the skills and confidence to excel in their sport. These sessions help athletes of all skill levels soar to new heights!

Calling all littles! Having your athlete start young provides a huge head start in performance that lasts a lifetime. These sessions will introduce your athlete to the basics of athletic training and make it fun! Great for both kids with natural ability already and also for kids who need some help gaining confidence in movement.

Our newly-renovated main floor area offers a huge indoor turf space (50 x 30 yards) for your athletes to train, improve speed, practice—even host games and tournaments—for popular sports including soccer, futsal, football and rugby.
We have a spacious workout room complete with weights, rigs, squat racks, dumbells, and much more. We can accommodate up to 20 athletes.
Eric Jimenez Jr. is a Ventura County native who grew up in Oxnard, CA and graduated from Hueneme High School. The basketball court, football and baseball fields are where he spent most of his time from childhood to graduation day and beyond.
Eric has maintained a disciplined regimen and enjoys applying his knowledge of physical fitness to helping others reach their personal goals. He understands that nothing great can be achieved without putting in the work and that having a strong work ethic is key to reaching ambitious athletic and fitness goals. Eric has nieces and nephews who love sports, and through them he found his passion: contributing to young athletes' development and helping athletes gain confidence in themselves to reach great heights.
An expert in health and fitness, he is focused on giving young athletes the skills and knowledge to be relentless — on and off the field. Eric is thrilled to be a trainer at Redline Athletics Ventura and brings his, “I will not be out-worked!” mantra to our young athletes.
Kevin Ballard was born and raised in Ventura, California and attended Saint Bonaventure High School.
He was a three-sport athlete competing in basketball, track and football.
After high school, he received a scholarship to play football at the Air Force Academy. After one year, he transferred to Arizona State where he was invited to join their team as a preferred walk-on.
Unfortunately, while at Arizona State, he suffered his second ACL injury and ultimately decided that coaching the youth of his hometown was the best decision.
For the last seven years, he has invested his full attention towards developing, training and coaching the vast young talent here in the 805.
Kevin specializes in building confidence in young athletes that directly translates into high performance on the playing field and in their daily lives.
