Softball Coach (Part-Time)

We are seeking an experienced, knowledgeable and passionate Softball Coach to join our Redline team. The ideal candidate has experience playing softball at a collegiate level, a solid understanding of the fundamentals and strategy of the game and a knack for coaching young athletes. The Softball Coach will be responsible for leading, instructing and motivating athletes aged 8-18 to help them reach their maximum potential.

Responsibilities:

*Develop and implement indoor practice plans, drills and exercises to improve athletes performance.

*Teach the fundamentals of the game, including proper throwing, batting and limited fielding techniques.

*Monitor and evaluate players’ performances during training sessions.

*Provide guidance and direction to players about softball and positive life choices

*Analyze game film to identify weaknesses and strengths.

*Ensure safety of all athletes by following safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

*Proven experience as a softball player and coach

*Solid understanding of how to build a training and practice plan

Job Type: Part-time

Compensation: $17.00 per hour
