Softball Training

With a brand-new batting cage and a focus on hitting, slapping and fielding, Redline Ventura covers all the bases!

Our small-group, semi-private softball training for members is offered Mondays and Wednesdays. Specialized pitching and slapping sessions are also available upon request.

Each training session is conducted by age group and experience level, so athletes can enjoy individualized attention within a group of their peers.

Your young athlete will be trained by an extremely experienced softball athlete and coach who is passionate about teaching effective technique and motivating athletes.

Softball Fundamentals Small Group Training

Mondays and Wednesdays

Simply choose a date and time for your free softball training session based on your athlete's age and experience level. Training sessions are about one hour long. Athletes should bring their gear, including glove, batting gloves, favorite bat, etc.

Softball Pitching and Catching Small Group Training

Fridays

Choose a date and time for your softball pitching and catching training session based on your athlete's age and experience level. Training sessions are about one hour long. Pitchers and catchers will be trained in small-group, semi-private settings learning pitching and catching fundamentals by doing drills and learning techniques. Athletes should bring their gloves and catchers should bring their gear.

Softball Hitting

Tuesday, January 2 - Thursday, January 4

Ages 8-11 from 9 to 11 a.m.

Batting can be an exciting — and intimidating! — part of the softball experience. Softball players of all skill levels should continually develop and enhance their swing mechanics to help their teams win games.

In these sessions, athletes will develop a deeper understanding of the proper swing, which increases confidence and likelihood of getting on base and scoring in game situations.

Our experienced coaches will help your athlete increase bat speed, power, accuracy, and consistency. Each player will receive their own custom swing analysis, along with adjustment recommendations, practice drills and techniques to make specific corrections and maximize performance.

We look forward to helping your athlete become a stronger, more confident hitter. Batter up!

Meet Coach Christine:
Director of Softball Operations

Coach Christine is the person you want teaching your athlete the game of softball! Let’s start with her experience.

She’s a two-time All Conference pitcher, a two-time All American player, and was named the WAJAC player of the year. She was ranked third nationally in strikeouts. She has played softball in WBSC Europe. She was named Southern Australia Pitcher of the Year: 2023. She is a Southern Australia Senior State Champion, and she’s played in the A1 Series Italian League.

Coach Christine focuses on all on-field activities including player development, roster assignments, game strategy, game calling and all player instruction. While she is an all-around softball player with extensive knowledge of every position, she specializes in pitching and catching.
